Website & Wiki News

Wiki News

We have teamed up with more photographers to help bring more high quality photos to the wiki and make every animal and plant as clear as day! These include Zac Allain and 6 others who are out and about whenever and where ever they can poised with their cameras ready to get us a perfect shot!

Also on the wiki new Season, month and other banners will be put on appropriate pages to indicate whether the species is endangered, when it can be seen and what month you are most likely to see it.

Website News

With the new layout going as planned and new pages being added everyday it seems that the website should be back up withing the first or second week of July. We have had a few technical problems with the domain servers due to the weather but this has been overcome now and we will let you know when the site is back up!

Mid June Post

The New WWC Website layout is now being implemented and the website will be back up shortly! A server failure has meant that there has been a delay in the implementation but we are hoping, (fingers crossed) thatthe website should be up and running again by the first fo July!

The wiki is going well! We have just hit the 630 article bench mark and we have applied for lots of new features and people to add content so watch this space! If you would like to help edit The British Wildlife Wiki, please click here.

With the return of the website, means the return of the Wildlife Webcams! They have been offline whilst the site has been down for repairs but will be coming back soon with the weekly WWC Show and daily Live webcam feeds!
